This is TIPSY TILLIE with an egg around her neck.
She's on a bit of a slant. Must be all that fermented carrot juice she's been drinking!
Tillie is approx. 8 1/2 inches tall. Made her from muslin or any cotton fabric. Make her with button eyes or embroidery floss eyes. She has stick arms wired to her with rusty wire, or you can sew them on.
