22 1/2" Charlene is a sweet southern belle. She's the little sister to my Charlotte doll. She has a sculpted nose and eyebrows, stitched eyes, and lips. Her painted "shoes" have 4 straps with buttons on each. She wears pantaloons under her ruffled dress. EASY AS PIE. You are welcome to make this to sell for personal profit. Please give me credit for the design.
