I am the Kat of Kats Country Prims.  And I am tickled to be part of The Pattern Cupboard!!

I have been designing/creating dolls since the late 90's.  One of my 1st creations...Waiting for Dorothy, a scarecrow doll,  was one of many to be featured on the cover of the now defunct Country Marketplace Magazine.  The magazine may be long gone...but the pattern for Waiting for Dorothy is still available and still one of my biggest selling patterns!   

I love to create new dolls...and still become excited to see the personality that each one will have once completed.  

I have been married to Prince Charming for 25 years.  We have 2 maintenance free children and 2 wonderful grandsons, Brody and Austin!  

When I am not creating something, you will find me in one of my 3 gardens!  I love to play in the dirt!  I have 2 vegetable gardens and one herb bed.  In the fall, I harvest all those wonderful veggies and can them for winter use.  There is nothing like a pot of beef vegetable soup with fresh veggies on a cold winter nite!

I would love to offer instant E-patterns...but I cannot seem to get them to maintain their size when making the transfer.  So...I am not willing to compromise QUALITY for QUANTITY.
