Penny Rugs are such FUN to make! They require basic sewing skills allowing the beginners to try their hand at this time honored craft. Basic materials are required and available at your local Jo Ann Fabrics store. I also find lots of wool in the form of old coats from my local Goodwill store!
This door knob hanger measures about 6" wide by 11" long
and is EASY to complete!! Keep it out all winter.

The design features a smiling angel wearing a gold dress trimmed in white with dark green holly leaves and berries. She carries a deep rust star. The design is mounted on tan wool. Black wool backs the design.
