I have created an INSTANT DOWNLOAD E pattern for my VALENTINE HEARTS Penny Rug Door Knob Hanger for your stitching pleasure.
Change the colors to suit your needs. It would look GREAT with a black background and a burgundy heart to keep out all year round! This is my original design and is constructed of 100% wool. It measures 9" high and is 5-1/2" wide and is up to three layers thick making it nice and sturdy. The design layer features a medium pink wool background with four pale pink hearts ~ a deep pink penny flower and moss green leaves. I added lots of EASY blanket stitches in cream and pink floss. The opening for the door knob will fit over any standard sized knob. What a pretty hanger this is! It would be the perfect addition to your penny rug collection to accent your primitive home!
