The pattern makes a scarf that measures 13" wide with an 8" overhang. You can make the depth of the scarf to suit the depth of your shelf.

Who doesn't LIKE penny rugs? Well, it's time to get BUSY and learn a new hobby for GIFT GIVING or to decorate your primitive country home.
My PATTERNS have "gone green" as the construction of the cover uses re-cycled wool from coats that you can find at local THRIFT SHOPS or you may choose to buy NEW wool felt at your local fabric store such as JO ANN FABRICS.

I include a COLOR PHOTO of the finished cover as well as COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS for "felting" the wool, materials needed, tracing, cutting and sewing the mat. I also share my own personal method of "ANTIQUING"
the design to make it look PROPERLY PRIM if you so desire!
