Welcome to our little corner of The Pattern Cupboard! I've been designing, creating and crafting since I could hold a color crayon! Having failed miserably at sewing in school (I ended up sewing 2 sleeves of a shirt together for my final project) and told by various Teachers to perhaps pursue a career path that didn't involve Art, I decided Art was exactly what I wanted to do! I've even dragged my poor, unwitting husband into this crazy world of primitives & antiques.

While he still hasn't quite grasped the whole primitive look, he does understand "useful treasures" so I've let him run amok filling our ebay store will all sorts of goodies (take a peek by going here: www.staglaneprimitives.com) I tell him what sorts of things I might need for projects and they magically appear! He's been my best friend for the past 30+ years (we have 3 great kids, 2 wonderful kids-in-law & 2 beautiful grandchildren) and we've had a blast doing this! We've also branched out into carrying a fun array of antique reproductions (certainly more affordable than the real thing and in most cases, difficult to tell the difference!)
